"I voted for this report, which is aimed at aligning Regulation (EC) No 774/94 with the new system of delegated acts and implementing acts, namely with Articles 290 and 291 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union. This regulation is aimed at opening and providing for the administration of certain Community tariff quotas of certain meats and cereal-based products. It also confers powers on the Commission to adopt the necessary measures for implementing and amending the regulation."@en1
