lpv:translated text	"I welcome this extremely thorough and comprehensive report. I would like to add two minor comments regarding the sections on security policy. Among our strategic and budgetary priorities, more emphasis should be given to the objective that foreign and security policy should promote action against terrorism and organised crime by all means available. This action is an important prerequisite for close and continuous cooperation between external and internal security agencies, which is still wanting in respect of external security. My other comment concerns our relations with Russia. The report is correct in noting that one of the requirements of a good partnership with this country is respect for human rights in Russia. At the same time, I found the report lacking in that it did not demand that the Russian State assist the fight against Russian and Russian-speaking organised crime not just in word, but in deed. One example I could name is Russian cyber crime, which has by now grown into an international mafia. Many analysts believe that Russian or Russian-speaking cyber criminals sometimes receive covert funding from Russian state agencies. I believe that one of the essential conditions of our partnership with Russia should be more sincere and more efficient cooperation on the part of Russia in fighting crime."@en1
