lpv:spoken text	"This report highlights the worrying situation for women in the service sector, especially in the current economic climate. The report, which I voted in favour of, highlights the need to ensure that migrant workers are entitled to basic human rights and fair labour conditions. I also support the report’s call for Member States and trade unions to develop job evaluation tools and also for measures to be introduced to reduce the gender pay gap, such as companies undertaking annual equal pay audits. Assessing the impact of austerity measures on women in the service sector was also called for by the report. I hope that the Commission will undertake this and also look at increasing the use of ESF to fund projects to help to employ more women."@en1
