Given that this financing will not impact negatively on the general trend of funds for grants for EU projects in other fields, I think it is worth trying to solve the problem of the liquidity needed to create major European infrastructure, necessary for the competitiveness of our economy and, as in this case, using careful and prudent financing."@en1
