I agree with Ms Thein’s position, which considers it necessary to introduce the role of temporary judges to specialised courts, so that the Court’s operation is not affected should one of the seven members be unable to perform their duties for an extended period. This amendment to the Statute and Annex I will not place any burden on Member States."@en1
