Russia has committed to gradually reduce or remove the export duties that it currently applies to a list of raw materials. Raw materials not included on this list could still be subject to new restrictions. This report therefore provides an additional list, encouraging the introduction of fairer trading conditions between the EU and Russia with regard to the supply of raw materials."@en1
