lpv:translated text	"Mr President, I wholeheartedly support all of the amendments proposed by the rapporteur, and I am especially pleased by the amendments that permit the new Member States to apply complementary national support in 2013. Without these opportunities for support, direct payments to Estonia would, for example, fall by roughly 20% in 2013, which would be difficult to survive. The fact that a reasonable compromise was reached in the preparation of this report also bodes well and is a good beginning for all of the upcoming discussions concerning the years 2014-2020, which will be a much more difficult period.
