The conclusion of ambitious European Union agreements with these countries is therefore essential. Hence, the most suitable and most effective method for strengthening these trade links is to establish a free trade area. The report provides for the gradual dismantling of trade barriers and seeks to bring about convergence of trade-related regulations. I voted in favour of this report."@en1
