lpv:spoken text	"Investment in Europe and, in particular, foreign direct investment, is hugely important to Europe’s economy. This report, which I voted in favour of, calls on the Commission to present a strategy to make investment in Europe more attractive. Cohesion policy investment is vital to this, as is creating a more robust European industrial policy. I fully support the report’s call for the greater use of innovative financial instruments and its emphasis on the need to facilitate workers’ and citizens’ mobility, which is vital to ensuring further investment in jobs."@en1
