However, the high quality and diversity of our human capital, the predictability of the business environment and the high potential in research and innovation all work to our market’s advantage and are factors that should be strengthened and enhanced. As I agree with this view, I am supporting the rapporteur’s request that the Commission draft a communication assessing and promoting the attractiveness of investing in Europe. This should include recommendations to the Member States and act as one of the bases for enhancing the EU investment environment. I voted for this report because of all of these facts."@en1
