"Europe has many instruments at its disposal to return to growth, boost market confidence and attract investments. It is high time for the Union to make full use of them. That is what this report reminds us of, and that is why I voted in its favour. I especially welcome the emphasis it lays on the development of the ‘Erasmus for Enterprises’, ‘Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs’ programmes and the ‘COSME’ competitiveness programme for SMEs. Europe has enormous opportunities to promote exchanges and intercultural dialogue amongst entrepreneurs, especially amongst the younger ones. These opportunities must be taken."@en1
