The implementation report by Richard Seeber helps to introduce a ‘Blueprint to safeguard Europe’s water resources’. The main objective of this report is to assess the implementation of existing European legislation, in order to identify the challenges being faced. Water, which is precious and essential to human life, must be used efficiently and its consumption must be reduced.
