To achieve this goal employees must be skilled and able to move in an increasingly dynamic labour market. A European Investment Plan is needed, with a coherent industrial strategy that invests in public services, on the basis of new income sources and giving priority to investments that promote a sustainable economy, high-quality work and social justice.
