The EU regulatory framework for company law and corporate management must be reformed, given that more and more European companies pursue cross-border activities. With the adoption of this resolution our intention is to put pressure on the Commission to finally put forward long-awaited proposals such as the Fourteenth Company Law Directive on the transfer of the company seat, or the statute of European insurance associations. Our general objective is to enable the European business sector to be more competitive and more successful in a highly competitive global environment."@en1
