We respect diversity and difference. However, there are areas in which we are compelled by European values to be resolute in protest and in opposition. We do not agree to the mutilation of women. We consider these practices to be harmful, dangerous to health and life, and cruel. We will do everything possible to discourage these practices, and to eliminate them completely in the future.
