And not only at European level, negotiations should be at a global level. That is why the negotiations that will take place in New York in July 2012 are very important. We will take an historic step forward if there are positive results, such as better transparency, national systems and internal controls, eradication of illicit markets which can be used for terrorist acts, and common standards on the import and export of conventional arms. For all these reasons, I will vote in favour of this motion for a resolution"@en1
