lpv:spoken text	"This report, which I have supported, calls for a better harmony and coordination of energy policy across the EU in order to ensure that Europe’s voice is heard worldwide. We must adapt our approach to the issue and secure access to long-term energy solutions for citizens and businesses. In addition to this, Europe’s high safety and environmental standards, as well as the valuable energy technologies that are developed in the EU, could be better promoted to third countries to spread these standards throughout the world. The recommendations in this report are a positive step towards creating a functioning and integrated EU energy market."@en1
