"I am in favour of the text of the report in that it aims to enhance the security and resilience of ICT infrastructure at both national and European levels. The use and deployment of innovative ICT technologies require ever greater security and reliability. In line with the principles set out by the European Digital Agenda, I believe the European Union should crucially adopt significant measures to establish an efficient system of international cooperation designed to improve Internet resilience and thereby protect consumers and businesses."@en1
