lpv:translated text	"Voluntary work frequently succeeds in helping the most vulnerable in society. It is vitally important to remove any obstacles in its path. I therefore voted in favour of this report. If we want our citizens to feel that they belong to Europe, it is essential to facilitate voluntary activities, especially across national borders. Voluntary activities can help prevent social exclusion. It is therefore strange that these activities are still difficult to implement and finance at European level. The measures proposed in the report would help us to strengthen the effects of voluntary activities right from the outset."@en1
