lpv:translated text	"I voted for this report advocating support for the Commission proposal on mobilisation of the European Globalisation Adjustment Fund (EGF) for 146 enterprises in the footwear manufacturing industry in the Comunidad Valenciana region of Spain. This support package of EUR 1 631 565 is perfectly in line with the objective that was laid down in 2006 when the EGF was established, and expanded in 2009 by a derogation in response to the crisis, which is to provide support for the recurrent cases of workers suffering directly from the effects of globalisation on their companies’ business. I must point out, however, that Parliament regrets the decision of the Council to block the extension of this ‘crisis derogation’ to the end of 2013."@en1
