The real problem is not a lack of preparation for the labour market, but the fact that companies are unable to hire new workers. The reason is the low competitiveness of a growing number of European companies. In many cases, this has to do with rising costs, which result from a combination of high taxes, Europe’s unilateral commitment to reducing CO production and, above all, high social claims by employees, which are not balanced by productivity.
