"The Council aims to conclude a protocol, which will last for a period of three years, to the EU-Mozambique Fisheries Partnership Agreement at the earliest possible opportunity. Under this protocol, fishing opportunities for the EU tuna fleet will be available to 75 vessels. The rapporteur, while recognising the urgency of completing this agreement, nonetheless asks the Commission and the Council to draft a report assessing the results of the application of the EU-Mozambique fisheries protocol not more than one year after its entry into force. I supported the report of my colleague, Dolores García-Hierro Caraballo in plenary."@en1
