"The rapporteur recommends that the EP take account of the recommendations of the Consultative Working Party of the Legal Services of Parliament, the Council and the Commission. The amendments proposed concern the conditions under which power is conferred on the Commission to adopt delegated acts. The rapporteur considers that the Commission should undertake proper consultations before it adopts a delegated act. I voted in favour of this report because if Parliament delegates powers to the Commission, it is important that it is kept suitably informed and that the relevant documents are provided."@en1
