It concerns me that the labour market reforms in Italy have come to a stop. We need to abolish Article 18. I do not understand how anyone can be opposed to that. The third point is growth. How do we intend to finance it? The UK is not prepared to go along with the financial transaction tax. This amounts to false accounting. The European Investment Bank is a much better solution. In addition, the Commission must finally submit proposals as to how we can mobilise the available money in the Structural Funds for use in Greece and the other countries, because we have already been talking about this for two years.
