"I have a quick question for Mr Siwiec, who has a good memory for this kind of thing and who has served as Chair of the Delegation to the EU-Ukraine Parliamentary Cooperation Committee. Mr Siwiec, following the Orange Revolution – because many who were Members of this House at the time are still Members today – when Yulia Tymoshenko was Prime Minister, was the House so ready to support moves to open up Ukraine’s road to Europe, or were there continual problems with this? I think we should explain this clearly today, because there was a time when Yulia Tymoshenko was in power and she could have been helped. I hope that when she is in power again, we will not refuse her that help."@en1
