What items are you planning to include in the 2013 budget in order to put a concrete growth strategy in place? What is being done in the multiannual framework programme for the period up to 2020? What types of growth infrastructures are you planning in this area? What programmes do you want to see here and, most importantly, what funding will be available for them? My third point is that we need to make sure that young entrepreneurs have the opportunity to gain experience in other countries in the European Union, but also outside the European Union. We have the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme. Will there be a significant increase in this area to enable us to bring young entrepreneurs together with their suppliers and their markets?
