lpv:translated text	"The cost of using a mobile phone abroad is still well above the cost of domestic communications. Sometimes, it seems like a blatant moneymaking scam. The new EU regulation adopted today puts an end to such pricing, which was completely unfair. It introduces new price caps for voice calls, SMS and, for the first time ever, data services. These lower price caps will be implemented in three stages: for example, one SMS will cost EUR 0.09 on 1 July 2012, EUR 0.07 in 2013 and EUR 0.05 in 2014. This is therefore very good news for users. The new price caps will enter into force on 1 July 2012, thus preventing consumers from facing ludicrous mobile phone bills after returning from their summer holidays."@en1
