I would stress that the Internal Audit Service (IAS) has to review the agency’s implementation of seven ‘very important’ recommendations from previous IAS audits. I note, in particular, that these recommendations cover the 2009 audit of grant management; the 2008 follow-up audit of internal control systems and, particularly, the allocation of sufficient personnel to achieve its objectives; and the 2007 audit of internal control systems and, particularly, the review of the registration procedure and the required full functional description, as well as communication with staff."@en1
