lpv:spoken text	"Our rapporteur recommended postponing the granting of discharge to the European Food Safety Authority in respect of the implementation of the agency’s budget for the financial year 2010 because of ‘conflicts of interest’ issues. I do not think that such matters, especially those that are current, should be addressed in a report addressing discharge for 2010. For these reasons, I do not believe that there are sufficient grounds for this postponement and therefore, I voted in favour of granting discharge to the agency."@en1
