lpv:translated text	"I voted for this text because I believe that enhancing legal certainty by broadening access to EU law and enabling all citizens to rely on the electronic edition of the (OJ) is a priority. Considering that currently, almost everyone consults just the electronic form of EU legal acts, it is unacceptable that this version should not be legally binding. Moreover, the consultation of paper versions of the OJ is a time-consuming, costly process, and is carried out by very few users. Therefore, I believe that the reform could increase legal certainty and reduce access costs for citizens and businesses."@en1
