lpv:spoken text	"I would like to thank the rapporteur and all the shadow rapporteurs, who worked so diligently in order to reach this satisfactory agreement. I voted in favour of this report and I welcome the adoption of this report by a huge 559 votes in favour. The purpose of this resolution is to implement the recommendations of the Dispute Settlement Body of the World Trade Organisation agreed by the EU and China on 19 January 2012. On 18 August 2011, the EU notified the DSB that it intends to implement the recommendations and rulings of the DSB in this dispute in a manner that respects its WTO obligations. The Commission is therefore proposing to amend the wording of Article 9.5 of the Basic Anti-Dumping Regulation and introduce the wording of the WTO Anti Dumping Agreement. On 19 January 2012, the European Union and China agreed that the reasonable period of time for implementing the DSB recommendations and rulings would be 14 months and two weeks from the date the DSB adopted the reports and this period will expire on 12 October 2012."@en1
