lpv:translated text	"This motion for a resolution stresses the importance of finding a peaceful and lasting solution to the conflict between the Malian authorities and the Tuareg liberation movement. Malian citizens have the right to fair access to resources, sustainable and equitable development of their regions and redistribution of wealth. The military forces – in agreement with the government – have to respect the sovereignty, unity and territorial integrity of Mali, and fight against jihadist and separatist groups in order to protect the civil population. They must also promote development, social justice, the rule of law and integration, and prevent future drought in this area."@en1
