During an economic crisis, new measures for modernising Europe’s education systems need to be demanded, since that is a sign of courage. It is an investment in human capital in the EU Member States. Regions like Galicia, whose young people are migrating in search of education and work outside our borders, need an education system that equips them with critical analysis tools and knowledge suited to a context of global change.
