"Madam President, I feel I have to take the floor, as I do not agree with the way you are chairing the debate. You are clearly being sparing with your allocation of catch-the-eye time, but have absolutely no problem with not adhering to the practices of this House during the debate.
We have had a British debate here, which was extremely interesting. There were numerous blue cards granted – more than usual. You have been allowing people to talk for more than a minute and you have also allowed answers to go on for more than a minute. That is not right. I would ask you not to do this in future, so that other Members are also able to take the floor."@en1
