lpv:translated text	"− Bearing in mind the adoption of this motion for a resolution on the call for concrete ways to combat tax fraud and tax evasion, in view of the conclusions of the European Council meeting of 1-2 March 2012 and having regard to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development’s study of March 2012, Parliament today calls on the Member States to review their tax systems and make them more efficient, removing unjustified exemptions and expanding the tax base. As pointed out in the report, I also think it is necessary for the Member States to concentrate on tax collection and combating tax evasion. They must also guarantee that reciprocal cooperation will be established with the tax authorities, ensuring that they have the necessary resources to face up to and combat fraud."@en1
