I voted for the report by Ms Hübner and I fully support the guidelines of the text, the primary objective of which is to help and support Member States in difficulty. The above measures are crucially important in the present crisis. They will allow the implementation of important infrastructure projects of fundamental importance for Member State revenues and for maintaining jobs. In this way, the EU can guarantee its support to Member States that are in difficulty, ensure that its aid is not lost, and provide guarantees to Member States that are net contributors."@en1
