lpv:translated text	"− I support the report by Ms Hübner amending the regulation on the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), the European Social Fund (ESF) and the Cohesion Fund (CF), because of the global economic crisis. These amendments will allow Member States that have experienced serious difficulties to be able to use part of the financial resources of these funds to create tools capable of ensuring better economic recovery. Member States requesting to do so will have to provide adequate guarantees and present actual investment projects. Furthermore, the European Investment Bank will be in charge of supervision, ensuring additional controls. This is an exceptional and temporary measure, which will not involve additional allocations to those already provided for by cohesion policy, and will come to a natural end once the crisis situation has passed."@en1
