Two years have passed and the wreckage of that plane is still in the hands of Russia, which does not want to return it to Poland. Likewise, it does not want to hand over the black boxes. Both these items are important pieces of evidence in the investigation. Practically speaking, the investigation cannot make any progress. It is an extraordinary situation that, in the 21st century, it is not possible to identify the causes of this disaster, which was so tragic for my country.
