lpv:spoken text	"I voted against this report which aimed to mobilise the European Globalisation Adjustment Fund (EGF) for construction workers in Spain. A significant portion of the EGF budget is dedicated to this fund but I do not believe that it offers value for money or indeed makes a genuine difference to people who have, unfortunately, lost their jobs due to the current economic crisis. More generally, I also have serious concerns about the Commission’s proposals to extend the fund to the agricultural sector in order to compensate farmers for the potential negative effects of trade deals with third countries."@en1
