lpv:translated text	"The European Globalisation Adjustment Fund was established to provide additional support to workers who are suffering from the consequences of major structural changes in world trade patterns. In these difficult times, it is our responsibility to support the reintegration into the labour market of workers made redundant. The European Union has launched an Economic Recovery Plan and recognised that the crisis has had a very negative impact on the construction sector in particular, where demand has plummeted. In order to remedy the downturn in this sector and contribute to minimising the harmful effects of the economic crisis that has seriously affected us, I voted in favour of this report, which allows the European Globalisation Adjustment Fund to be used, in this particular case, in favour of Spain."@en1
