This directive lays down minimum requirements for the protection of workers from the risks arising from exposure to electromagnetic fields. A new directive is planned to enhance the health and safety of workers. However, the question of exposure limit values must be resolved in a proportional manner and must not be an obstacle to the use of medical techniques such as MR.
