lpv:translated text	"Madam President, it has come to my knowledge that Serbia has not yet sent the signed agreement on integral border management (IBM) to the EU facilitator of the Belgrade/Priština dialogue, Mr Robert Cooper. This agreement was reached on 24 February in the dialogue with Priština and was one of the key reasons Serbia was granted candidate status on 1 March. Priština sent the official and signed copy of the agreement to Mr Cooper, while Belgrade has not yet done so. Implementation of the IBM is of utmost importance; Belgrade needs to act. I call on the Serbian Government to hand in these documents and thereby keep its credibility and demonstrate its commitment to implementation of the agreement.
