lpv:spoken text	"This report endorses the European Commission’s roadmap for moving to a competitive low-carbon economy in 2050. The EU is responsible now only for 11% of global CO emissions. I had concerns about the possible negative impact of paragraphs 2, 98, 104 and 110 on agriculture; these have been addressed by way of adopted amendments. I abstained on part 2 of the vote on paragraph 72 since Member States are free to choose their own energy mix. Ireland, though not a nuclear nation, likely derives some of its energy from nuclear sources through the UK/Ireland interconnector."@en1
