"Mr President, this is much ado about nothing. It seems to me that this Shakespearean reference is still the most fitting commentary on the predictable theatrics in this House in relation to a Dutch website. To be absolutely clear, I personally find this website a rather unfortunate initiative, and I endorse what Mr Stadler just had to say in that connection. I do believe, however, that if there is a party in the Netherlands that has constantly opposed unrestrained legal or illegal immigration, including from Eastern Europe, if there is such a party, that that party is also fully within its rights to sound out the opinions and the experiences of the voters and the citizens. Ultimately, this is not something that the European Parliament should be concerning itself with. We need to watch out any time that we put freedom of expression at risk. This is a sinister sign of political correctness with which we are once again living up to our reputation as a progressive and ultimately useless talking shop."@en1
