I call on everyone to face the truth and say that Kazakhstan is a political, economic and strategic partner of the European Union. The government of Kazakhstan is open to dialogue. Unfortunately, not so many people understand the inside situation in Kazakhstan. I propose before the resolution vote to organise a wide discussion on the whole and then to make a final solution.
