"I am voting for this report and welcome the objectives achieved to date, with a view to harmonising higher education at European level. However, the objective of the process has not yet been achieved: any student at any European university should have their qualification recognised at European level. Only then will we be able to talk about the success of the Bologna process. To that end, we need to increase awareness amongst all stakeholders, from Member States to higher education organisations, about working towards the achievement of these objectives as soon as possible."@en1
