I agree that many issues still need to be addressed, particularly the proper evaluation of social employment, and the question of social security and pensions for people caring for children or elderly persons at home. I agree that it is essential to increase investment in affordable, high-quality facilities for the care of children, and in care homes for the sick, the disabled, the elderly and other persons requiring care, and to ensure recognition of length of service and social security for carers."@en1
