lpv:translated text	"Equal pay for equal work is one of the themes of this year’s International Women's Day, along with increasing the number of women in managerial positions. In the Czech Republic, the pay gap is far worse than the European average. According to widely-known Eurostat figures, the gap persists at 26%. In any other area, a difference from the rest of Europe of 17% compared to what we are entitled to and what we consider natural and fair would be unacceptable to us. A substantial section of European citizens consider pay differences to be one of the most serious inequalities between women and men. I support the report, because it sets out the problem of gender inequality in all of its breadth and complexity."@en1
