It is also essential to lay down legal standards that would ensure appropriate protection of the copyright of books and printed products for blind people. Only by implementing these measures will we end discrimination against disabled people, and all people, whatever their disability, will be guaranteed the opportunity to fully exercise fundamental human rights and freedoms without experiencing discrimination."@en1
