Parliament’s budget is the largest of all the other institutions. The second stage will be the March vote on a resolution presenting specific estimates. During this time of crisis, and given the need to reduce our public spending, I supported the adoption of these guidelines stipulating that, like the Commission’s administrative budget, that of Parliament and the other institutions should be frozen, in other words, simply indexed to inflation."@en1
